Frank brings more than 20 years in diverse accounting, Tax, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Cash Management, Accounting System Design & Implementation, and consulting experience to his role as a Certified Public Accountant.

 

Frank is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California. He also holds a BS in accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
